Hi

I have a problem with the MEDIA deployment process.

I use MDT/LTI

I have to burn a DVD with an automatic setup for a remote location. But when I test the DVD it does not finished the Task Sequence. It installs the image and run mini setup, but when it restarts after mini setup it does not logon on automatically (you have to press ctrl+alt+del and then log on). But the Task Sequence does not continue when I log on manually? I checked the syspref.inf and Unattend.txt, and they both have the AutoLogon=”Yes” and AutologonCount=999. The process does finish correct if I just go to the c:\MININT and click the LiteTouch.wsf file. I don’t get any errors in Bdd.log or in smsts.log. Does anyone know what I am missing?

Also, is it possible in an MEDIA deployment process to have the user of the DVD to logon with user credentials (like in NETWORK deployment)? The reason I ask is because the DVD is actually for 3 different locations, with different settings and so on. But the image is the same on all 3 locations. So it would be nice just to setup rules in the CustomSettings.ini depending on the user credentials instead of having 3 different DVD’s.

Under any circumstances it would be really nice if the user had to type a username and password before the deployment process starts, for security purpose.

Any help is appreciated.
